About the role
- Join us in tackling healthcare for rural America.
- This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Establish audit standards and deliver clear, case-based feedback
- Provide real-time clinical support and guidance, including visit shadowing.
- Support quality gap closure and appropriate CAP assessments
Requirements
- Must be licensed in Michigan
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a value-based care setting, and demonstrated clinical leadership responsibility
- Experience overseeing providers with strong documentation, CDI, and utilization management expertise.
- Comfort serving as the clinical authority in payor, audit, and escalation scenarios.
- MD or DO with an active medical license; board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or another primary care specialty strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Occasional travel to meet with providers across the region

Compensation
- Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Homeward Health.
- This role is eligible for an annual bonus, stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
- The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $225,000, based on a reduced (part-time) schedule.
