- Understanding of basic PLC controlled equipment and ability to follow logic during troubleshooting.
- Experience working under downtime pressure and restoring equipment safely and efficiently.
- Comfort documenting work in a CMMS and following established maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with production and quality teams.
- Strong decision making, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
