About the role
- This individual is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.
- The Project Management role at Prime Electric is a performance-driven position, wherein managers are empowered, assessed, and rewarded based on their successful achievement of projected gross margin levels on new and assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage project development from initiation to completion
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with change order
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
- Procure work and develop new relationships
Requirements
- Work with all stakeholders to complete project outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, etc.
Compensation
- $160k-$210k

- Also, central to this position is building and managing project teams, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively and proactively to the Group Executive, client, subcontractors, and our vendor partners throughout the project life cycles, as well as ensuring positive financial outcomes of assigned construction projects.
