About the role
- Provide Product Management leadership to the Continuation Engineering team for product quality improvements, cost reductions, parts obsolescence, and to meet evolving standards and customer requested product changes and enhancements.
- Define, track and report on key business objectives and goals to senior leaders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic planning for the PowerFlex 755T portfolio through a BSR (Business Strategy Review) process.
- Drive product-market fit through Voice of Customer (VoC), market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Lead alignment across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies, commercial programs, and competitive positioning to increase market share.
- Lead high-impact customer engagements including executive discussions, roadmap alignment, and escalations
- Drive resolution of field issues and product anomalies, including customer-facing messaging and prioritization.
- Define, track and report on key business objectives and goals to senior leaders. Ensure team and partners are effectively working to exceed these goals and objectives.
- Lead creation and management of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) aligned to customer needs and business outcomes.
- Familiarity with the global Industrial Automation and Variable Frequency Drive market space and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- Experience with the PowerFlex 755T Drives Portfolio
- Bachelor's Degree of Science in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and related software.
