About the role

EVERSANA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counsel to join our legal team.
This role will serve as a hands-on legal advisor and counselor supporting the company's artificial intelligence (AI) and data initiatives.
The Senior Counsel will provide legal advice and risk assessment related to AI and data use across the enterprise.

Collaborate effectively with other members of the Legal and Compliance function and cross-functional teams
Manage outside counsel relationships and legal expenses

shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Experience working in the technology industry or with AI-driven products and services
Experience with data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
Strong background in intellectual property (highly preferred), including copyright, licensing, or technology/IP transactions

Juris Doctor from accredited law school
Strong ability to assess legal issues related to AI, data, and emerging technologies
Provide legal advice and risk assessment on AI tools, models, and data-driven initiatives across the enterprise
