Responsibilities
- Develop pragmatic roadmaps, designs, and implementation approaches that are proportionate to client needs and aligned with Microsoft 365 best practice
- Support change and stakeholder engagement activities to help clients realize measurable value from Microsoft 365 and Copilot
- Broad hands-on experience across the Microsoft 365 platform, with strong awareness of how core services such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Purview, OneDrive, security, governance, and Copilot work together to support modern workplace outcomes
- Proven ability to work independently, make sound delivery decisions, manage ambiguity, and progress client engagements with minimal day-to-day oversight
- Experience producing clear consulting deliverables such as assessments, options papers, roadmaps, designs, workshop outputs, and executive summaries
- Strong consulting experience, including senior stakeholder engagement, consensus building, discovery, workshop facilitation, requirements analysis, recommendation development, and executive-level communication
Requirements
- Degree in a related field, equivalent practical experience, or comparable consulting and enterprise delivery experience
