About the role
- We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Intern to join our team.
- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, helping to ensure a seamless experience for end users across hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities
- Provide timely support by addressing user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues
- Test and implement alternative solutions to resolve technical problems effectively
- Accurately document technical issues, resolutions, and processes in internal systems
- Support facility inspections and help track maintenance requests, work orders, and asset records.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Facilities team, including reporting and documentation.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role (including internships/co-ops)
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and/or Mac OS environments
- Working knowledge of office productivity tools and computer peripherals
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely and explain solutions clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience (Internship or entry-level experience welcome)
