About the role

This role requires extensive technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with particular emphasis on high-speed sortation equipment, conveyor systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems.
The Technician III will demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on sophisticated industrial equipment while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Install, troubleshooting, and repair sensors, photo eyes, proximity switches, encoders, bar code readers, dimensions, and Variable Frequency Drives
Perform fabrication work including cutting, drilling, and welding while following hot work safety procedures

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and automated material handling equipment.
Safety: Knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards and industrial safety practices.
Tools: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily.

Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and automated material handling equipment.
Hot work permit certification
Experience with Warehouse Control Systems and HMI interfaces
Background in automated distribution or warehouse operations
Certification in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance
Ability to work at variable heights using proper PPE
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing)
Manual dexterity for precision work
Fast-paced environment requiring quick problem resolution
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills across all organization levels

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
