Requirements
- 4+ years of general assembly experience.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
Nice to have
- Completes industrial lift truck certifications (as needed).
- Proficient user of applicable software tools and scanning operations.

Compensation
- The expected hourly range for this position is $19.00-$22.00. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

- Scope of Position
- This highly experienced individual, as part of the OEM assembly department, will be responsible for assembling mechanical units, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies using a standardized process.
- This position is responsible for building/assembling components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
- This position reports to the Value Stream Manager (VSM).
- This role is on-site and is based in Woodland, CA.
- Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Aligns material and puts together parts to build more complex units.
- Interprets blueprint specifications for each unit.
- Conducts first piece inspection to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Packages and labels product following standard procedure.
