About the role
- This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
- To ensure all Service Level Agreements with Broadridge Clients are met in the most cost-efficient manner.
- Monitor production lines to maximize throughput and labor cost.

Requirements
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
- 3-5 years print maintenance experience
- Efficiency, Cost Control & Computer Proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Quality, Compliance & Risk Management
- Leadership & People Management
- Production & Operations Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Shift: EWN - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Alt Saturday 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- The salary range for this position is: $66,500 to $72,500 USD annually. Bonus Eligible.
