About the role

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our wealth management organization.
The Client Service Associate (CSA) is a key member of the GC Wealth team, supporting the delivery of high-quality service and efficient execution of client needs.
This professional oversees complex client relationships, and serves as a trusted resource for both clients and internal teams.

Support client service efforts by responding to inquiries and assisting with relationship management for high-net-worth clients
Support alternative investment activity, including subscriptions, capital calls, and redemptions
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for reporting and compliance
Deliver a high-quality client experience and escalate complex issues appropriately
Maintain accurate records for cost basis, tax documents, and customized reporting requirements.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external reviews.
Anticipate client needs and deliver a white-glove, highly responsive service experience.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience as a Client Service Associate or similar role within a wealth management or investment advisory firm.
In-depth knowledge of custodial platforms, account administration, and financial operations.
Monitor accounts for required actions (e.g., RMDs, KYC updates) and escalate as needed
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional service.

Experience with wealth management technology platforms and CRM systems.
