Responsibilities
- This is more than a Camp Manager - they build and lead the camp, not just run the day.
- This is a year-round leadership position responsible for planning, developing, staffing, marketing, and executing a summer camp program serving hundreds of families and employing a large seasonal workforce.
- This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, builds strong relationships with families and staff, and can manage both the big picture and the smallest details.

- The ideal candidate loves working with children but understands that leading a successful camp requires much more than running activities.
