- This position is responsible for supporting the manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities
- This individual will develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
- Provides technical support to the development group for the implementation of new products or processes.
- Thoroughly documents all equipment, machines, and tooling with accurate and clear detailed prints and maintenance instructions.
Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- With Bachelor's degree: no experience required
- For certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company's receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

- Must have the ability to speak, read and write English.
- Documentation - Prepares process job descriptions and manufacturing specifications as required.
