About the role
- They will have an assigned caseload and will work closely with individual residents to conduct assessments, goal setting and action planning utilizing a strength-based, trauma-informed approach.
- The successful candidate will have relevant post-secondary education and/or relevant experience in the human services field.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Team Leader, the Caseworker is responsible for the case management of residents, day-to-day shift duties and resident support and supervision.
- The Caseworker will support all residents of Bedford House with day-to-day activities, referrals and other informal therapeutic interventions.
Requirements
- The ability to adapt to both routine and crisis situations as they arise is vital to the role.
