Requirements
- 12+ years of experience drafting and negotiating a variety of capital markets and finance agreements and related documentation, including asset backed facilities.
- JD degree from a top tier law school, admission to the New York bar in good standing
Nice to have
- Fintech experience is a plus.

Compensation
- Compensation includes a target OTE range of $250,000 - $325,000 consisting of base salary and a performance-based bonus.
- Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's location, skills, experience, and market considerations.
