About the role
- Under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisor and Food & Beverage Management Team, this position will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, culinary equipment and utensils including all dishes, glasses and pots/pans.
Requirements
- Organize, rinse, spray and load dishes/cutlery into dishwasher or wash by hand as required.
- Sort and remove garbage and recycling as required.
