About the role
- The role requires exceptional customer service and communication skills to ensure efficient patient care and coordination with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
- include scheduling appointments, handling patient registration, addressing billing inquiries, and providing MyChart support.
- Patient Representative 3 provides administrative support for patients and clinicians in the outpatient clinic under the supervision of the Practice Director/Supervisor.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.

- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable with people in all stages of health and healing.

Benefits
- A minimum of two years' healthcare experience required. (Vision, Dental and Veterinary accepted)
- A minimum of two years' customer service experience is required, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Three years of experience in automated scheduling in physician office preferred and multi-provider medical office experience is highly desired.
- Experience working with patients and providers, using Epic (electronic health record) preferred.
