You'll also be the person who makes our Toronto office a reflection of the culture we're building, and a reliable and capable hand in keeping our shared services (HR, Finance, IT) running smoothly.
What you'll own Executive support - primary responsibility

You know when to act, when to wait, and when to escalate.
You can draft an investor update and a team Slack message and both will land correctly.
What matters is that you can point to evidence, from wherever it comes, that you operate at a high level when things are fast, ambiguous, and high-stakes.
