Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A and capital raising transactions;
- Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities and background:
- The ideal candidate should be motivated, creative, outgoing, and possess strong communication and financial analysis skills.
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory, keen analytical capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- An undergraduate degree, including an exemplary academic record, from an accredited institution;
- Advanced accounting, finance, financial modeling and analytical abilities;
- Nuanced understanding of real estate valuation theory, methodologies and applications;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience interacting with clients and/or potential investors;
- An independent thinker and resourceful problem solver driven to succeed;
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills and ability to multitask
- A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
Compensation
- Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation.
- The firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $175,000-$200,000
- Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
