- Build and maintain partnerships with technical schools, colleges, and universities
- Manage student job postings and support candidate screening, scheduling, and communications
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies
- Provide administrative support for HR programs, projects, and initiatives

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related function
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
