Responsibilities

  • Experiment across channels and tactics to drive user acquisition, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and new formats worth testing
  • Use data analytics and user insights to find optimization opportunities across the funnel, design rigorous experiments, and measure real impact
  • Manage performance marketing across paid channels, partnering on creative testing, audience development, and ROI optimization
  • Drive site-to-signup conversion optimization, turning traffic into activated users
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to identify and prioritize growth-specific improvements that compound at scale

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience with owned and earned media: you know how to scale SEO, content, and social, not just manage them

Nice to have

  • Experience as a founder or in a prosumer or consumer product environment (Nice to have)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to move from data to decision quickly - SQL fluency is a real plus

Compensation

  • The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $150K - $250K plus benefits & equity.
  • Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
