As the Senior Product Design Manager for Buyer Web, you will lead the design strategy and execution for Etsy's desktop and mobile web experiences.
You'll guide a team responsible for delivering a consistent, "One Etsy" buyer experience while navigating platform-specific constraints, evolving web architecture, and responsive design systems.
This is a highly collaborative leadership role reporting into Buyer Design leadership and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Brand, and Design Systems.

Product Design Managers at Etsy partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
Lead with Strategy - Define and drive initiative-level design strategies across desktop and mobile web, anticipating platform tradeoffs, technical constraints, and performance considerations while ensuring cohesive buyer experiences.
Experience leading the design of large-scale ecommerce or consumer web experiences from discovery through delivery
A proven ability to define ambiguous problem spaces and drive evidence-based solutions with measurable outcomes
Experience mentoring and developing designers, setting clear performance expectations, and supporting continuous growth

A strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and scalable design systems in web environments

$204,000.00 - $266,000.00
