About the role
- Each year, the company manufactures thousands of miles of underground and submarine cables and systems for power transmission and distribution, as well as medium low voltage cables for the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- We also produce a comprehensive range of optical fibers, copper cables and connectivity for voice, video and data transmission for the telecommunication sector.

Responsibilities
- Support the sale of products by partnering with Regional Sales Managers to increase sales by managing quote requests, sales leads, product promotions and analysis of sales data
- Manages a minimum of 50 customer requests daily, including phone calls, e-mails, faxes, and other forms of electronic communication
- Continuously develop product knowledge through internal and/or external trainings
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Desire and ability to excel in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- College course work equivalent to an Associate's Degree required

Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or AS 400 Mainframe a plus

- The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for responding to all inquiries from new and established customers, processing requests for quotes, entering orders, managing orders, and working with functional areas throughout the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
