About the role

  • Domain-Specific Knowledge: - Fintech: Digital payments, core banking systems, fraud detection, regulatory compliance. - Healthcare: EHR/EMR systems, HL7/FHIR standards, telehealth platforms, HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Review solution designs and ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale technology implementations.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Project Management Tools: JIRA, MS Project, Confluence.
  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, or equivalent preferred.
