About The Role As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, you'll deliver a high-touch, energetic customer experience while driving sales through active engagement and strong product knowledge.
You'll also support the daily operation of the store, including inventory, visual standards, shipment processing, replenishment, and assigned store tasks.

Greet and actively support every customer throughout their shopping experience.

Contribute to store sales goals and key metrics, including conversion, units per transaction, and average order value.
Participate in team huddles and sales-focused check-ins to align on priorities and performance.
Assist with shipment processing, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
Identify and communicate issues affecting inventory, store operations, or the customer experience.
Share ideas that could improve customer engagement, store traffic, and sales performance.
Complete assigned operational tasks accurately and on time.
What You Bring Must be at least 18 years old.
Retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is preferred.
