Responsibilities
- Perform research to understand, learn, and know requirements for product compliance for fire suppression products.
- Create technical documents and instruction literature as needed.
- Review and approve product design changes for adherence to Compliance standards.
- Schedule and support audits and site visits by regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Materials, or Fire Protection Engineering Degree from an ABET accredited university.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- High degree of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of Autodesk, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this job.
