Responsibilities
- 🔹 Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient's journey from onboarding through refills
- 🔹 Coordinate timely medication deliveries and manage refill schedules
- 🔹 Monitor and promote medication adherence to support positive patient outcomes
- 🔹 Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to quickly resolve issues
Requirements
- ✔ 2-5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
Nice to have
- ⭐ CPhT Certification (highly valued)
- ⭐ 5-8 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
Skills
- ✅ Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- ✅ Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- ✅ Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
- ✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- ✅ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to extract key information efficiently
