Responsibilities
- You won't just "build features." You'll take full ownership of core missions tied directly to our 2026 strategy:
- Build UI that feels as intuitive and addictive as top consumer social apps
- Create mentor-facing features that increase consistency, speed, and connection
- Build safety surfaces that proactively detect risk and reduce human error
- Build end-to-end features across React Native, backend services, and APIs
- Collaborate closely with design, product, growth, and clinical ops
- Maintain a clean, scalable codebase as we grow quickly
- You won't just "build features."

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, and modern React Native patterns (components, hooks, state management).
- Experience shipping React Native apps for both iOS and Android, including the deployment and release process.
- Experience with state management libraries such as MobX or Tanstack
- Knowledge of React Native navigation, animations, and performance tuning techniques.
- Experience using Git, writing unit tests, and working within CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with native modules in Objective-C/Swift and/or Java/Kotlin.
- You have 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including deep work with React Native.
- You have a strong understanding of mobile app architecture, common design patterns, and performance optimization.
- You're comfortable with mobile engineering workflows - CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, release processes - and you enjoy improving them.

Compensation
- 💰 The annual salary range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000.
