  • The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $109,000 and go up to $150,000.

Responsibilities

  • This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and experimentation. You'll own funnels end-to-end, design and analyze A/B tests, and translate ambiguous business questions into clear, prioritized recommendations that ship.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketers on growth initiatives spanning acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve the quality, accessibility, and trustworthiness of growth datasets
  • You'll own funnels end-to-end, design and analyze A/B tests, and translate ambiguous business questions into clear, prioritized recommendations that ship.

Requirements

  • Expert-level SQL ability and proficiency in Python.
  • To thrive in this role, you have
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools (such as Claude Code and Cursor).

Nice to have

  • 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in product or business analytics roles (FinTech a plus).

Skills

  • Strong business intuition and judgment, and experience applying prioritization frameworks to your work (e.g., RICE, Eisenhower matrix).

Compensation

  • The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $109,000 and go up to $150,000.
  • The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
