About the role
- This role serves as a senior technical contributor and mentor within the infrastructure team, driving cloud modernization, operational excellence, infrastructure automation, and continuous improvement across Azure-based and hybrid environments.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code, cloud security, automation, CI/CD, and enterprise cloud operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain secure, highly available Microsoft Azure infrastructure supporting mission-critical financial services applications.
- Implement cloud architecture best practices including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, resiliency, and governance.
- Collaborate with application, security, compliance, and operations teams to align cloud solutions with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and manage identity, access management, encryption, logging, monitoring, and security controls.
- Support incident response activities, root cause analysis, and infrastructure reliability improvements.
- Develop and maintain cloud standards, operational procedures, architecture documentation, and technical runbooks.
- Design and support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions aligned with RPO/RTO objectives.
Requirements
- Deep expertise with
- Azure Compute Azure Storage Azure Networking Azure Identity Services Azure Containers Azure Serverless Technologies Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
- Financial Services Banking Auto Finance Regulated Enterprise Environments Experience with cloud-native architecture patterns.

- Experience working in highly available enterprise production environments.

- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
