About the role
- As our Patient Registration Representative, you'll work to help our patients check into the hospital.
- It's fast-paced on occasion and you'll be the person they rely on to answer questions during registration.

Responsibilities
- You'll build trust in these interactions by collecting information accurately and quickly but also by listening with compassion - not just to hear information, but to address their fears, concerns, and questions.
- Helping people who may be very ill or worried. We're not human computers intaking information. Patients need you to be there for them and listen carefully to ease their anxiety. You'll ask follow-up questions and build rapport in real time.

Requirements
- You'll work across multiple screens collecting details that must be input correctly between physician and nurse check-ins.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
Compensation
- For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.00 - $21.10 per hour.
