Requirements

  • You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or business, with relevant experience and: Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting, finance and administration position.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance a plus).

Compensation

  • The base salary for this role is typically $90,000 - $115,000 annually.

  • Ensure local compliance with internal Finance policies.
  • Standard Cost Variance Analysis.
  • Standard Costing / Cost Roll; rates, standards, variance analysis, and controls.
  • Provide ERP software support for processes including order entry, invoicing, job costing, inventory control, production purchasing, and production control.
  • Monthly Closing Routines & Reporting, incl, Journal Entries and Account Reconciliation / Analysis.
  • Maintains / implements proper internal controls.
  • Responsible for Annual Physical Inventory / Administration of Cycle Counts; Inventory Trend / Variance Analysis.
  • Coordinates Budget and Forecast Processes.
  • Reviews Capital Projects and performs Post Project Audits; supports Fixed Asset review.
  • Supports Production Management Team Perform analysis of the Product Center activities, supporting Business Unit and Product Group reporting (Sales Company / Service Center).
  • Coordinates Factory KPI's Reporting.
  • Monthly / Quarterly Financial Reviews and Presentations (incl.
  • Cost Update).
