Responsibilities

  • The Opportunity The Sr Analyst, Business Insights supports the Sonnet Marketing team by delivering reporting, digital funnel insights, and performance analytics across key channels.
  • include analyzing sales performance, quote mix, and retention trends; building and automating dashboards; and synthesizing insights to inform leadership decisions.
  • The role also supports CX investment prioritization, providing data‑ driven recommendations to guide resource allocation, and contributes to planning and forecasting through performance projections, scenario analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • The Analyst partners cross‑ functionally with Marketing, CX, Sales & Distribution, and Technology to reduce operational bottlenecks, strengthen KPI governance, and support successful roadmap execution.
