Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue/gross margin targets.
  • Support Budgeting, P&L, and DC goals thought intimate knowledge of account activities and business functions.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of Directors to drive performance excellence and exceed sales goals.
  • Utilize strong business acumen to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and business acumen to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts, strategies, and expectations clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship development, critical thinking, and negotiation.
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and business dynamics.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to see three years down the road and develop a clear vision for achieving long-term objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to driving performance excellence and achieving measurable results.
  • We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $200k to $250k. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth.
