About the role
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, while leading cross-functional teams and engaging business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT Project Management experience.
- 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
- Experience managing teams of 7-10+ technical resources.
- Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting:
- Experience with:
- Strong understanding of:
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Architect).
- Project Management Institute PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
- Experience managing large customer or citizen portal implementations.
Skills

- Experience coordinating Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.
