About the role

  • Key duties include painting, boxing, broaching, balancing, and key-seating of components.
  • Tasks also involve pulling raw materials and stick stock, measuring and cutting materials to specified lengths using a cut-off saw, and ensuring all work aligns with technical prints and quality standards.
  • The selected candidate will be offered a pay rate based on prior industrial experience, but not less than $20.80/hour to start.

Nice to have

  • Measure and cut materials to precise lengths using a cut-off saw.
  • Verify material dimensions against technical prints and job requirements.
  • Ensure all tasks finishing meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Inspect materials and finished components for defects or deviations.
  • Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify tolerances.
  • Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to complete assigned work orders.
  • Track progress and update job status in production systems as required.
  • Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
