About the role

  • The Bosch Group operates in most countries in the world.
  • Bosch is expanding its semiconductor business with silicon carbide chips in the U.S. and plans to invest some $1.9 billion in the Roseville site in California in the coming years.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor CapEx budgets, commitments, and expenditures at the WBS element level in SAP R/3
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, engineers, and procurement analysts on CapEx planning, approvals, and forecasting
  • Support month-end reporting, current forecast, and business planning activities in SAP and IBM Planning Analytics
  • Prepare financial presentations and support financial reviews for local executive management
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven business partner mindset
  • A self-motivated, conscientious, team player with strong business acumen. Ability to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they arise

  • In addition, the individual will support month-end, current forecast, business plan, and long-term business case reporting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

  • Advanced SAP/R3 skills
  • ideally with experience in the SAP R/3 CO module
  • Experience with monitoring and forecasting capital expenditures
  • This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
  • This position works Monday- Friday, overtime as required
