Branch Spec 3 Job Summary Greets members by phone and in person and determines the nature of service required.
Either provides requested services or directs them to the appropriate area.
Provides high level of customer service according to Club's Quality Assurance Standards.
Job Duties In States offering DMV license services, provides registration services to members
Prepares TripTiks®
provides maps, tour books and other travel-related materials.
Assists members with hotel and/or car reservations.
Promotes and sells AAA memberships.
