Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Actively manage and drive the sales process from initial outreach and qualification through to trial onboarding and deal closure.
- Strategic Prospecting: Build and manage a robust pipeline by identifying target accounts, researching key stakeholders, and executing tailored outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Client Engagement & Presentations: Lead engaging introductory meetings, deliver compelling value propositions, and conduct live portal demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal research and account management teams to ensure a seamless client handover and a premium customer experience.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain precise and accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progression, and accurate revenue forecasting within Salesforce.
- Professional Experience: 1-2 years of proven success in a B2B sales, Business Development (BDR/SDR), or sales support role, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Sales Acumen: A consultative sales approach with the ability to confidently navigate objections, build rapport with decision-makers, and drive urgency in the sales cycle.
- Drive & Autonomy: A highly self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage your time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and modern sales engagement tools.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.

- Compensation
- Vacation: 15 vacation days and 2 personal days, increasing to 20 vacation days after 2 years of service.

Compensation
- Total first-year compensation is expected to be ~$120,000, inclusive of a $70,000 base salary plus an uncapped commission and bonus structure.
- Trial Management & Conversion: Oversee client trial subscriptions, actively monitoring engagement, demonstrating ROI, and negotiating successful transitions to paid annual contracts.
