Requirements
- Possess working knowledge of construction contracts and project financials.
- Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Commercial Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years' experience in construction industries and / or supply chain roles.
- Experience in inventory management and procurement.

- The specialist supports project delivery by mitigating commercial risk, executing procurement strategies and continuous improvement processes across the supply chain.
- Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Material Procurement and Buyout
- Prepare, track, and manage supplier contracts.
- Prepare contracts and purchase order documents.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual obligations.
