Responsibilities
- Design and maintain integrations between Workday/Ariba and external systems
- Develop and maintain custom Workday Extend applications
- Support integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and SAP Ariba
- Build and optimize Ariba master and transactional data integrations
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and monitor integrations
- Provide on-call support and troubleshooting for integration environments

- The ERP Platform Developer plays a critical role in advancing this platform by designing, building, and maintaining integrations and custom applications that connect Workday and Ariba with internal and external systems.
Requirements
- Experience with integration design and development for Cloud-based platforms
Skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Groovy, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with both master and transactional data integrations
- Strong background in monitoring, alerting, and error handling for integrations
- Ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data-related inquiries
- Well-versed in Agile development methodologies including Kanban/Scrum
- Preferred (training will be provided if needed):
- Experience with Ariba integration development and/or Ariba REST APIs, ITK, and Configuration Management
- Experience with Workday integration development using Studio, Cloud Connector, EIBs, W e b Services (REST/SOAP) and Orchestration
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware solutions

Compensation
- The Richmond hiring range for the ERP Platform Developer is $107,700- $148,060 annually.
- Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications/experience.
