About the role

  • ECC is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our marketing strategies to life.
  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this position will play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, supporting day-to-day requests, and contributing to impactful projects that strengthen our brand and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and distribute lead lists from email campaigns
  • Compile and distribute lead lists from trade shows
  • Compile, design, and distribute external and internal company newsletter
  • Develop and generate company product news through newsletter content
  • Develop, maintain, and update internal company website
  • Develop, maintain, and update internal and external marketing documents
  • Assist with marketing support requests
  • Expand, maintain, and optimize marketing contacts database

Requirements

  • An Associates/Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism (advertising/public relations), graphic design, or similar fields.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

  • $26.50 per hour
