Responsibilities

  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for the Field Sales team, providing support for questions related to opportunity booking and subscription management.
  • Opportunity Bookings and Documentation: Manage opportunity bookings, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Create and maintain Wiz Handbook documentation for streamlined processes. Resolve any booking errors promptly.
  • Collaboration and Process Efficiency: Partner with Deal Desk and Billing teams to efficiently and accurately process opportunities.
  • Maintain customer deal information, ensuring alignment between Salesforce and Netsuite.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Commission Accounting teams to address questions related to bookings.
  • Reconciliations: Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations, ensuring a 1:1 relationship between Netsuite Invoice and SFDC Opportunity. Verify the accuracy of other bookings metrics.
  • Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with GTM Teams and other cross-functional departments.
  • Ability to effectively manage distractions and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, Basic knowledge and understanding of a CPQ tool.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry, with experience in Order Management, Finance Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing preferred.
