About the role

  • This role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and supporting teams to meet their hiring goals.
  • This is a growth-focused role within our expanding Talent Acquisition team, offering the opportunity to improve and scale our recruiting processes.
  • This role will be onsite 5 days a week at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams across Operations, Commercial, Finance and Legal to set and execute on the hiring strategy
  • Support and help shape hiring workflows, including job specs, interview panels, and recruiting plans
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Given extensive knowledge of Gatik's well-defined, fixed route ODDs and hybrid architecture, we are able to hyper-optimize our models with exponentially less data, establish gate-keeping mechanisms to maintain explainability, and ensure continued safety of the system for unmanned operations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing, operations-focused environments
  • Strong ability to close candidates across different career levels
  • Experience recruiting for a range of functions and role types
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Nice to have

  • Background in startup or high-growth companies preferred
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS (or similar tools) is a plus

Compensation

  • Salary Range- $50/hr - $80/hr
