Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related area of study.
- 1+ years of professional work experience.
- Ability to work under the pressure of multiple competing priorities.
- Must be comfortable with exposure to Business and Finance Leadership.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to handle large amounts data.
- Working knowledge of the remaining Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
- 3+ years of professional work experience.
- Proficiency in SAP (including SAP Business Warehouse).
- Previous experience in a multi-national manufacturing company with a focus. on Manufacturing Cost Accounting and/or Financial Analysis.
- General understanding of manufacturing analysis and inventory accounting.
Skills
- Ensure that plan, forecasting vs. actuals analysis and root cause corrective actions are completed at appropriate levels.
- Conduct monthly site and product line cost reviews, highlighting performance and deviations from forecast or plan.
- Work closely with off-site financial resources to explain variances and trends.
Compensation
- $73,947.00 - $115,542.00
