You'll work with a positive and uplifting team to take our company to new heights.

Proven experience as a successful Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
Experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Data) w/in a high-tech company (required).
Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Sourcing sites, specifically, Ashby (or similar) and LinkedIn.
Comfortable with a metrics driven role.
Professional, process oriented, internally motivated and driven to succeed (can do attitude).
Clearly understands the role requirements across technical and other corporate functions.

Education: BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business or other.
Compensation
$75,000 - $95,000 + Quarterly Variable Bonus
Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.
