About the role

We are hiring an Enrollment Specialist to enroll patients in chronic care management and/or remote patient monitoring programs, in various states, in partnership with cardiology, internal, primary, and family medicine physician groups, and healthcare systems.
Successful candidates will bring experience in patient enrollment and call center experience.

You will receive excellent training, which will help you develop a thorough understanding of our programs.
