About the role
- Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.
- From calendar management and travel planning to coordinating team meetings and events, you will be responsible for making sure the leaders are using their time in the most efficient way possible.

Responsibilities
- Support two Senior Executives with their respective administrative needs
- Attend meetings when requested to manage Zoom, track action items, and follow up with meeting attendees on action items
- Build a strong working partnership with the Administrative Assistant supporting the Consumer Engineer Sr.
- Partner with the Leadership Support Team to coordinate needs across the wider Affirm team
- Additional administrative functions such as submitting expense reports (via Navan), travel coordination (also via Navan), preparation of documents and presentations (using Google Suite and Microsoft Office), basic team travel and expense budget reconciliation and ad-hoc special projects
Requirements
- Familiarity working with engineering teams is desirable, but not required
Compensation
- Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.
- USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $115,000 - $165,000
- USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $101,000 - $151,000
