About the role
- Functions as a liaison to other departments regarding anesthesia supplies and equipment.
- Assists the Department of Anesthesia with patient care.
- Assists with equipment tracking, requests maintenance as needed and responds promptly to pages.
Responsibilities
- Maintains work and storage areas for the Department of Anesthesiology.
- Collaborates with team members, maintains equipment/supply logs, cleans machines and carts daily and after each use, and ensures emergency supplies are stocked.
- Cleans and decontaminates instruments, educates ancillary staff, ensures safe transport, and performs other related duties.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in anesthesia.
