About the role
- Join Customized Energy Solutions (CES), a global energy consulting and market services firm helping clients navigate complex and rapidly evolving power markets.
- The CES MOC consists of two distinct operations desks, a Market Operations Center Desk (MOC) and an Operations Control Center Desk (OCC), where we remotely schedule, monitor, dispatch, and control over 550 power generation assets.
Responsibilities
- Provide and support the coordination of planned, unplanned and emergency outages notifications
- Applicants must possess the ability to effectively maintain an operations log
- The change to learn from and collaborate with experienced professionals across global teams
Requirements
- Applicants must be willing to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (6 Person Rotation).
- Applicants must have the ability to actively monitor and control the operating of wind turbines, hydroelectric plants, solar sites, and battery storage facilities, along with the related components.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).

- Customized Energy Solutions offers competitive salary commensurate with experience.

- Preferred PJM or NERC Operator Certification. (CES is willing to train and certify if needed, additionally, individual must be willing maintain the certification through continuing education credits and/or retesting.)
